OUR STORY
Our journey begins with Scott and Renee Davison in 1993. Shortly after the founders honorably served in the US Air Force, they moved to Idaho and started a small company, S & R Construction inc. Scott, having grown up working for his fathers large construction company in Wyoming, had the knowledge to land lucrative contracts in the Western United States trenching cable for AT&T. In 2000 the company expanded into residential and commercial concrete construction, focusing on high quality artisan work and foundation construction. Scott and Renee also began flipping homes with another business venture they started, High Hopes investments. Scott's sons Daniel, Camon, and Tabor joined the ranks as site and crew supervisors making the company a true family endeavor. Over time the knowledge base of the company grew allowing for more complicated projects, resulting in the company working throughout the Western United States on various projects as site consultants and job site management. Projects such as St. Luke's Hospital, Salt Lake International Airport, Provo Airports, Mt Home Air Force Base, as well as consultants for Powder Mountain Ski Resort and Kindig It Designs. Today, The company has expanded into overseas construction and relocated the business in the thriving market of Texas, Forming Davison Development & Building LLP, an international building firm, and continue to build high quality projects.
