Scott and Renee' Davison began working in construction during the 80’s doing underground utilities work. Through the years, the company grew into a well-known concrete company that specialized in heavy commercial infrastructure and consulting. Two of Scott’s sons who had also started construction businesses came together to create what is now the family owned building firm, Davison Development & Building. After building countless residential and commercial projects in Idaho and Utah, they moved the business to the Dallas area to build custom homes and spec home subdivisions. They worked with first time home buyers and more established customers. After building in the Dallas area for many years and gaining a reputation as a builder who looked out for their customer, they packed up and moved to Harrison, Arkansas. The family desired to live in a small, caring community that has a multitude of outdoor activities in the surrounding area.
